Coats: How can I keep warm AND look good?
When you live in Middle Tennessee, you don’t expect to see snow until February – if you see it all. Last night, I saw snow. Not much, but there were quite a few flurries showing up in my porch light as I let my dog out for his nightly sniff. You may be wondering where I am going with this and the answer is: coats. There are areas of this country that have had record lows and unseasonably cold weather, so I think now is a great time for a discussion of coats.
It can be so confusing when you go into the store to pick out a coat. You know you want something that will look great on you all the time. Most of us can’t afford more than one coat – especially with the way prices have been trending on them. You can find the perfect coat! Body type, as always, is essential. Long coats don’t look great on everybody. Short coats don’t look great on everybody. The key is knowing your body type and knowing what style will look best on you.
