Spring Style Alert: Gladiator Sandal
One thing I look forward to most in the spring are the sandals. I don’t know about you, but I simply don’t like socks, hose, or anything of the sort. In fact, most days I simply put on some ballet flats and hope my feet don’t freeze too badly. But, with the warm days of Spring fast approaching, I am dying to break out the sandals. One hot sandal trend this spring is the Gladiator.
The Gladiator is a highly versatile sandal simply because of the many styles it is available in. There are high heel Gladiators and flat Gladiators. There are Gladiators with chunk straps and Gladiators with thin, feminine straps. Nearly every look you might one, there is probably a Gladiator for you.
Since all Gladiators draw attention to your ankles, they look great with anything that has a hemline above the ankle. Skirts, shorts, and capris are the ideal bottoms to wear with your Gladiators – really anything that shows off your ankles. You could wear pants with them if you want, as many have detailing over the whole show, but to get the realy effect, you must show off those ankles!
So, while many of us think of a highly muscular Russel Crowe when the word Gladiator is said, we should also think of these very sexy, very hot sandals for spring. I would love to see your favorite pair of Gladiator sandals or your best outfit wearing them. Let me see your looks!
