Eyeliner seems like such a simple tool. But when you go to the store to shop for it, there are so many different types and colors. It can be overwhelming. However, eyeliner is a great way to help your eyes stand out and make a statement of their own.
Since I am no make-up expert, I’ve found a great YouTube video by MakeupGeek that answers all of your questions about eyeliner, including what the different types are and how to apply each type.
